Cameron Highlands – 2nd May 2015

The second day of the trip, after breakfast in the hotel we went to Cameron Highlands.  We were not able to go to the tea plantation nor the waterfall for a swim due to massive jam on the way up.  It looks like everyone were on holiday to Cameron Highlands that day thus the jam.  Still it was not that bad cos we managed to do some strawberries plucking, tried the cuisines and did a bit of shopping 🙂

Here are some snapshots of the day!

We went to Cameron Highlands via the new road which is faster and safer …

but thanks to the massive jam it did not turn out to be faster afterall!

A view from the road to Cameron Highlands …

There are many shops selling strawberries and this is one of them …

Another one …

A strawberry farm …

We went to this place for toilet breaks as well as to enjoy home-made strawberry ice-cream that has pulps in it … Yumms!!

A close-up view of the strawberries …

Below are the picture of the strawberry flower before it change to a fruit …

and these are flowers found abundantly over at the Cameron Highlands, there are more but I only managed to take photos of these …
