Baby, hubby and being healthy

Alhamdulillah….yesterday accompanied SIL for leg massage and got to know baby Hannan is doing well indeed though Hannan poor mummy is still suffering her daily vomitting.

Hubby is also doing well according to the massager…and he was told to take things slowly…no fast walking and climbing the stairs.

As for me ….no leg massage but in trying to stay healthy, finally I have started to exercise….thks to the support of my colleagues, three of us went to the gym yesterday….did the treadmill for 10 mins, the bicycle for 5 mins and hand-rotator for 5 min. A good start I think and I hope to continue doing brisk walking this weekend.

Felt good after the exercise …
smell good too with all the sweat 😛 hahahaaa..

Ok here’s a recipe for people like me who has lots of fats in the body. It looks easy to do and many people had commented that it taste great too so I was thinking why not try it!

This drink is suppose to be flushing out the fats …. to drink it daily but of course it’s not a miracle on its own, defintely have to accompany with regular exercise.

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 gallon water
  • 1 grapefruit, sliced (can substitute with one lemon)
  • 1 tangerine, sliced (can substitute with orange)
  • 1 large cucumber, sliced
  • 10-20 peppermint leaves
  • Ice – as much as you like

Directions

Rinse grapefruit, tangerine, cucumber and peppermint leaves. Slice cucumber, grapefruit, and tangerine (or peel). Combine all ingredients in a half gallon pitcher. Allow ingredients to sit as long as possible for maximum benefits. Drink throughout the day and made a new pitcher everyday.

Stir & Enjoy!
